1. Services & Quotes
Pure Chimney Sweep provides chimney sweeping, inspection, cleaning, repair, and fireplace services for residential and commercial customers across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. All repair work is quoted in writing before it begins. Replacement parts are priced and quoted separately from labor.
2. Pricing & Payment
Our Level 1 Chimney Inspection is $89. Sweeping is quoted together with the inspection once we have seen your system. Payment is due upon completion of the visit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation
We confirm every visit with a two-hour arrival window and text when our truck is en route. To reschedule or cancel, please call or text (469) 536-5893 at least 24 hours in advance.
4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We’re not done until you’re happy. If something isn’t right with our service, let us know within 14 days of your visit and we’ll come back and make it right — or refund you in full, your choice. To claim: call or text (469) 536-5893 with your name and service date. This guarantee covers our service work (inspection, sweep, repair labor). Replacement parts are quoted separately and are excluded once installed.
5. Promotions & Discounts
From time to time we offer promotional discounts, such as 15% off for new customers who book through our online contact form. All promotions are seasonal and subject to change or discontinuation without notice, cannot be combined with other offers, and apply to new customers only. We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.
6. Limitations
We photograph and document everything we find, but we cannot be responsible for hidden or pre-existing structural conditions not visible during a standard inspection, or for damage caused by events after our visit.
