A full mechanical sweep of the flue, smoke chamber, smoke shelf and firebox using rotary and brush systems matched to your liner. We run HEPA containment for the whole visit and finish with a draft check on a live fire.
Level 1 and Level 2 inspections following NFPA 211. We scan the full flue on camera, assess the crown, cap and flashing from the roof, and send a photo report the same day — the document buyers, sellers and insurers ask for.

Beyond the flue: ash and soot removed from the firebox, damper freed and cleaned, glass doors cleared, grates and logs washed down. The part of the job that decides whether your hearth looks maintained or neglected.
Weathering and occasional hard freezes are the defining chimney problem across DFW. We resurface and rebuild crowns, repoint deteriorated mortar joints, repair firebox refractory and rebuild chase tops — priced in writing before the first tool comes out of the truck.

Water is what destroys chimneys here. We fit stainless caps sized to the flue, add spark arrestor mesh where wildfire risk calls for it, and re-flash the roofline junction with proper step and counter flashing rather than a bead of sealant.
Wood-burning fireplaces, masonry hearths, stoves and inserts. We service the appliance and the chimney it vents into together, because a smoking fireplace is nearly always a flue problem wearing an appliance costume.

Start with an $89 inspection. We will tell you what your chimney actually needs — and what it does not.
